Personal Documents:

Health certificate (issued by a registered medical practitioner, stating that you're mentally and physically fit to adopt and raise a child)

For non-earning women, equivalent family/guardian financial details can be submitted.
Income certificate (salary slip, Form 16, ITR for 3 years, or sponsor’s income proof)
Asset proof (property papers, investments, FDs, etc.)
Support affidavit (from family member/guardian if you're non-earning, stating they will financially support the child)
Additional Documents:
Adoption motivation letter (Why you want to adopt, your readiness, and how you’ll care for the child)
