अपनयन (Kidnapping), गुलामगिरी (Slavery) अपहरण (Abduction) व वेठबिगार (Forced Labour) यांविषयी Kidnapping, Slavery, Abduction,Forced Labour   भारतातून अपनयन करणे व कायदेशीर पालकाच्या ताब्यातून अपनयन असे दोन अपनयनचे प्रकार आहेत . जो कोणी कोणत्याही व्यक्तीस तिच्या किंवा त्या व्यक्तीच्या वतीने संमती consent देण्यास विधितः प्राधिकृत Legally authorized असलेल्या व्यक्तीच्या संमतीवाचून Without consent भारताच्या सीमेबाहेर नेतो तो त्या व्यक्तीचे भारतातून किटन्यापिंग करतो असे म्हटले जाते . जी अज्ञान व्यक्ती male असल्यास (16) वर्षे वयाखालील असेल किंवा ती female असल्यास (18) वर्षे वयाखालील असेल तिला अथवा कोणत्याही मनोविकल Psychological व्यक्तीला जो कोणी अशा अज्ञान व्यक्तीच्या किंवा मनोविकल Psychological व्यक्तीच्या कायदेशीर पालकाच्या ताब्यातून In the custody of a legal parent अशा पालकाच्या संमतीवाचून Without consent घेऊन जाईल किंवा भुरळ पाडून By seduction नेईल तो अशा अज्ञान किंवा मनोविकल Psychological व्यक्तीचे कायदेशीर पालकाच्या ताब्यातून In the custody of a legal parent किडन्यापिंग करतो अस

IPC 359-374: Kidnapping, Abduction, Slavery, Forced Labour IPC 359-374: Kidnapping, Abduction, Slavery, Forced Labour 1. Section 359-374 of the Indian Penal Code deals with kidnapping, abduction, slavery and forced labor.  2. Kidnapping refers to the action of taking a person by force, threat, or deceit and holding them captive against their will. Kidnapping may be done for ransom, personal agenda or political reasons.  3. Abduction is illegal taking away a person by persuasion, fraud, force or violence.  4. Section 359 of the Indian Penal Code defines kidnapping as two kinds:   4.1.    Kidnapping from India, and  4.2.    Kidnapping from lawful guardianship.  5.  Section 360 IPC defines kidnapping from India. It states that, whoever conveys any person beyond the limits of India without the consent of that person, or of some person legally allowed to consent on behalf of that person, is said to kidnap that person from India.  6. Section 361 IPC define
